Mixing for Musicals

Mixing for Musicals

Mixing for Musicals is far, far more than just another "this is how a mixing desk works" workshop - Mixing for Musicals participants are taken through every stage of the process from the rehearsal room to setting up a desk in its base state, including the theory, introduction to why line-by-line mixing is so important, and what happens when you don't do it.

Hands-on experience is an essential aspect of the course, which includes a trip to the West End for a behind-the-scenes look at a real show in action and the chance to talk in-depth to the show's sound team.

Held at our purpose-built training rooms, programming suite & sound studio in Brixton, London the course focuses on the practical skills and theory behind best-practice FOH mixing requirements for modern musicals.
